Break out the Snowshoes! It's April in Colorado.

This is what our house looked like when I got up this morning:

So there was no debate whatsoever about what to do next. Break out the snowshoes and leash up the dogs! Newton and Gus seemed game so off we went to Pineridge Open Space.

We kept the run short: the pads of their paws aren't accustomed to the snow right now, and I needed to get to work. But what an awesome way to start the day!
